Returns are not accepted unless the item /items are as not described or Faulty If you wish’s to return the item as being faulty or not as described you would need to notified us with in 3 days of receiving the item /items

Item / items returned may occur a re-stocking fee this Inc “Change of Mind”

Re-stocking fee will apply to any item that has been opened or used and returned to us not in the same condition sent to you (item will be deemed 2nd hand and have a greatly reduced re-selling prices). 
No fee will apply for faulty or not as described items / items 

Faulty or not as described items refunds are at our discretion and of eBay policies

All I ask is that you return the item as sent to you with their original packaging and seals / wrapping unbroken as supplied to you along with any gifts or accessories sent to you as part of the sale. You will then not be charged a re-stocking fee.

Any item that been opened or damaged by you will be charged a re-stocking fee as the product becomes 2nd hand. The fee will be no greater than 25% for all items except for media products were a re-stocking fee may be up to 40%

Returns 

You will need to pay the return postage to me. 
It is also advised that you use a postal service which is traceable online to cover for any lost or damage in the post as the item will be deemed to be yours property   until I receive the item back
Fault, Damaged or item / items as not described will be refunded for the return postage.

Warranty

For buy it now” listings and “2nd Second Chance Offers 
I will warranty any item / items for 7 days from the day you receiving the item /items

For Auction item / items this will be 3 days from the day you receiving the item /items

Please read Return Policies regarding manufacture warranty.
Item described as new will come with a valid company invoices as proof of purchases for the manufacture Warranty procedure  

Accepted goods 

If the buyer fails to give such notice as above, 7 days for Buy it now” listings and “2nd Second Chance Offers and 3 days for auction items from receiving the item / items. The item / items shall presume to be free from any defect, which would be apparent on reasonable examination and uses of the item /items, The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods accordingly.
