2. We ONLY sell BRAND NEW products. We DO NOT sell seconds or returns like many eBayers.

3. We dispatch orders daily using Royal Mail 1st Class mail. Next Day Special Delivery also available. (Our daily cut off time is 11.00am)

4. We charge low U.K postage rates. Look for listings with hidden P&P charges as much as £10 or more.

5. NO Hidden Fees! We do not charge extra for credit card, PayPal or Nochex payments.

6. What you see is what you pay. Some sellers add VAT to the final price! You may have to pay VAT + Import Duty if you buy from a seller outside Europe. View H.M Customs website.

7. We are a legitimate retailer selling over 200 products and are regulated by EU law; which does not apply to sellers outside of Europe!
