All items are brand new unless otherwise stated and carry a 14 day return to base warranty, providing the faults are reported and the items returned to us immediately. 

Upon receipt by us, the item will be thouroughly inspected and tested. Provided the item is found to be faulty, you will then be offered a replacement or a refund.

Please note that we will not refund any postage costs unless we are satisfied that the item you received was faulty when we sent it, and will only refund items that are returned to us in the exact condition they were sent with their original packaging and a note explaining the problem along with your username, item number and contact telephone number.  

Items returned without faults or through a purchasing error will be refunded at the bid price of the item, minus a 10% handling fee and also less any P&P charges paid, provided they are returned in a resaleable condition, exactly as they were received with all packaging and any tags fully intact.  

We do not offer any warranty on items damaged by the buyer.  

Please note, all of our items are security marked to prevent fraudulent claims, so please ensure any faulty or incorrect returns are the same item you originally received. Fraudulent claims will result in prosecution.
