Shipping Information

Winning bidder pays actual shipping & handling. Shipping costs vary by zone (in US), and by country (international). You can use the shipping calculator to estimate the costs, or email us at Questions@ToymomsAttic.com with your zip code or country.

Insurance is required for all international shipments.  Insurance is optional, but strongly recommended, for domestic shipments. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail without insurance.

We are happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases.

Payment Terms

At this time, I can accept only Paypal for payment.

After the auction closes, you will receive an email confirming your winning bid. The email will have payment instructions to make your checkout fast and easy! At checkout, your shipping information will be collected and your shipping charges will be calculated for you. This will help us process your order more quickly.

Because of the large number of non-paying bidders, the following terms have become necessary:

• You MUST complete checkout within 2 days of the end of the auction.
• Payment MUST be received within 10 days of the end of the auction, unless other arrangements are made.

Unfortunately, if you do not comply with these terms, it will result in a Non-Paying Bidder report being filed and the auction being relisted.

Please note: California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax

Return Policy

We take customer satisfaction very seriously! If you receive your product and you are not satisfied, you may return it immediately for a refund (less shipping & handling costs). For a refund, we must be notified via email at Returns@ToymomsAttic.com upon your receipt of the order.

We also offer a 30 day exchange policy for any manufacturing defects, where you can return your product and we will exchange it or offer a refund (less shipping & handling) at our discretion.
