Items must be returned within 14 days unused, unworn and in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale. Original tags must still be attached and in original manufacturers wrapping if this applies. Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange items of an intimate nature. This includes briefs, bra sets that include briefs, thongs, bodysuits  and swimwear.

Items bought under auction do not qualify for an exchange or refund under the Distance Selling Regulations, this only applies to fixed price items. We are happy to exchange for another item of your choice.
