This auction is for a voucher for the £50 deposit for a 1 week holiday in one of our well equipped self catering apartments comprising of kitchen with microwave, full size refrigerator, cooker, toaster, kettle, etc, family bedroom with a double and two single beds (some as bunks), lounge with double bed settee, freeview tv with up to 90 channels of TV and radio, and family shower room.  All bed linen (beds made up ready on arrival) and holiday insurance are included in the auction tariff.   Wifi internet connection for your own laptop. 

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I AM AWAY ON HOLIDAY FROM WEDNESDAY EVENING 11th NOVEMBER AND RETURNING HOME LATE ON SUNDAY 22nd NOVEMBER.  I will be picking up emails and checking our eBay shop whenever I have the opportunity, but at the moment do not know how often we will be able to do this.  Please note that there will be someone at Guy's Cliffe, but they may not be able to answer queries straight away.

Car park and garden to the rear of the house.  For full weekly charges please view tariff below.  Tariffs based on up to 2 occupants but further occupants can be added at £25 per person.  £50 Deposit will be required within 5 days of the end of the auction, and final balance will not become payable until 42 days before the start of your holiday.

Close to Preston/Paignton sands, short flat walk to all local amenities.  All facilities including beach, shops, pubs etc just round corner, but situated in lovely quiet and peaceful residential area. 

Centrally situated in the heart of the English Riviera - at Preston, Paignton, Tor Bay - 1 mile Torquay and approx 5 miles Brixham/Dartmouth/Totnes/Newton Abbot.   Loads of attractions, entertainment, theatres, shops, pubs and restaurants for all ages and tastes.  Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts, Kents Caverns, Babbacombe Model Village, Quaywest Water Park, Oldway Mansion, Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway are all within a 4 mile radius.  Torbay now has GEOPARK status, so come and see some of our important geology.
