Please note - We use Royal Mail standard first class delivery and obtain a certificate of posting with all packages dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in post and will not give a refund for anything lost. We do however endeavour make a claim for lost items through Royal Mail - Please be aware that this can take some time and it also does not always guarantee us a refund. Upon issue of a refund from Royal Mail,  the buyer has the choice to have the items re-dispatched or payment refunded depending on the refund amount. If you are not happy with this policy you will either need to pay extra for Guaranteed Recorded delivery or buy elsewhere.

HOW MANY STAMPS WILL I RECEIVE ? - THIS DEPENDS ON WHETHER THEY ARE ON OR OFF PAPER - YOU CAN TYPICALLY EXPECT BETWEEN 20 AND 40 STAMPS FOR EVERY 10GRAMMES WEIGHT BUT IT CAN BE MORE THAN THIS
