EXCELLENT CONDITION
This is a very rare and unusual design Falcon Ware pale blue cup & saucer that is in excellent condition.
It is pale blue in colour and decorated with swirls of fronds, even on the cup handle.
The set was made at the Falcon Pottery in Hanley, Stoke, which was owned by J. H. Weatherby & Sons. Items such as this (ones that are post 1920's) are becoming quite collectable.
The cup is 7cms deep and measures 8cms in diameter (not including the handle). The saucer measures 14cms in diameter.
They are in excellent condition - no chips, cracks scratches or signs of wear.
The bases bear the makers stamp.

It comes from a smoke free and pet free home.
