"Lightness, swiftness"The long practice and great shooting speed (1,5 seconds per shot) raised the idea of developing a feather-light bow with long draw. The model born this way made the step over to new dimensions possible in sport: firing nine aimed shots on 90m within 16 seconds. The recurve bow can take a truly extraordinary strain but only by professional use. It needs attention by drawing; the arms of the recurve bow must be loaded even. As owing to its asymmetry the lower arm is shorter, only by bending it, the recurve bow may break during drawing. It is sensitive to overbending, max 33". Thanks to its lightness, exactness and swiftness it represents the high of horse archery at present. As its lower arm is slower, it allows great mobility by shots forward and backward on the horseback, but still keeps its comfortable draw.
This recurve bow has established the absolute rule of asymmetric Hun-type bows in the leading sport.

Lange Übungen,hohe Schußgeschwindigkeit (1,5 sec/Schuß) haben die Entwicklung eines federleichten Reiterbogen mit langer Ziehung vorausgesetzt. So ist ein Modell zustandegekommen, welches in diesem Sport das Überschreiten ganz neuen Dimensionen ermöglicht: 9 gezielte Schüße werden auf 90 Meter in 16 Sekunden abgegeben. Der Reiterbogen hält ganz außerordentliche Belstungen aus, allerdings ausschließlich beim fachgerechten Gebrauch. Beim Aufspannen ganz fest Obacht geben, die Bogenarme müssen unbedingt gleichmäßig belastet werden. Da wegen seinem Unsymmetrie der untere Arm kürzer ist, kann das Biegen dieses kürzeren Armes schon beim Aufspannen zum Bruch führen. Sehr empfindlich auf Überspannen, max 33". Heuzutage bedeutet dieser Reiterbogen wegen seiner Leichtigkeit, Genauigkeit und Geschwindigkeit die Spitze im Reiterbogenschießen.
Da sein unterer Arm kürzer ist, bietet er eine große Bewegungsfreiheit auf dem Rücken des Pferdes beim Schießen nach hinten und nach vorne und dabei bewahrt er die Bequemlichkeit des Ziehens.
Durch dieses Modell wurde die Alleinherrschaft unsymmetrischen hunnischen Reiterbogens im Spitzensport geschaffen.
