If you are not entirely satisfied with your She-co purchase, you can return it to is in its original condition, for a refund, within 7 days of receipt. Note that the value of the refund will exclude shipping costs.

You are responsible for the costs of returning any items to She-co.  Please note that you are responsible for any damage or loss of an item in the post, and so we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures the item. Please also allow enough time for delivery of the item to us.


   Once your item arrives with us in their original condition, with tags in tact and complete with their original packaging, we will refund the original debit or credit card used for the purchase. We will try to make refunds quickly, but the time taken will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

How to return items to She-co

   1. Send an email to returns@She-co.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it informing us that you wish to return the item.  You need to state your name, address and order number in this email and set out the reason you are returning the item.
   2. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return notification email.
   3. Send the items back to us at the following address in all of the original packaging:

   5. We advise that items are sent to us by registered post as She-co is unable to accept any responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
   6. Once we have received and verified your returned item(s), we begin to process the refund.   


We will notify you by email that your items have been received safely and that you will receive a return.

Please note that She-co will not accept returns for items returned outside of the 7 day period, or items that have been worn, marked or where any tags have been removed.

If your item is faulty, or is not what you wanted, please follow the returns process set out above, but stating in your email exactly how the item is faulty. We will then respond via email on how to proceed with your return.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, She-co does not accept returns for pierced earrings unless the item is significantly not as described.
