Handmade Paper Photo Album ~ Coconut Palm Leaf

Description

This beautiful album has been handmade in Klungkung, Bali, in a family based workshop. They combine handmade paper with a cover decorated using material produced from the fibre of the leaves of the coconut palm. This album is also decorated with three coins which makes it very unusual.

The pages are made from rice husk paper and are thick, textured and a muted yellow colour.

The photo corners are made from palm leaf and are sewn into the paper so that you just slip your photographs under the twine and this will hold them in place.

This would make a truly special present or a wonderful treat for yourself.

Size: 21cm x 18cm
Contains: 8 pages / 16 sides
This album will hold: 16 6" x 4" photographs
