A comprehensive tour of Italy and  Switzerland, this package features the must-see attractions of Rome, lake Lucerne, lake Garda, Tuscany; and the stunning Historic towns of Florence and Venice, available for booking until JUNE 2009

This amazing holiday includes:

• The services of an English-speaking tour guide
• One night in a double room at a middle grade hotel in the Lake Lucerne area.
• Two nights double room at a middle grade hotel in the Tuscany Coast area.
• One night double room at middle grade hotel in Tuscany
• One night in a double room at a middle grade hotel in the Venice area.
• One night in a double room at a middle grade hotel in the Austrian Tyrol area.

Day 1 will see you joining your coach at your local pick-up point or in Dover. Cross the Channel to Calais and enjoy the scenery as you travel through France and Switzerland and arrive at your hotel for an overnight stay in the stunning Lake Lucerne area.

Day 2 will give you the opportunity to enjoy the fresh Swiss Mountain air and the beautiful Alpine scenery before travelling through the Italian Lake District via Milan, Genoa to the Tuscany coast where you will check in to your seaside hotel resort in the Viareggio area. You will also have the opportunity to join an exciting optional tour to Pisa here. This tour is entirely optional.

Day 3 will see you continuing your journey to Florence where you will have the chance to explore this historic city with your friend or partner before travelling through the fabulous Tuscany countryside where you will check in at your hotel. Take some time off and relax in the hotel or join the optional Tuscany tour with a visit to some hidden towns where you will have a chance to sample the local wine as you and your travelling partner explore the local wine cellars!

Day 4 will see you travelling to Rome where you can explore this incredible city on your own or join a local optional tour with a guide and visit the Vatican, St. Peter, Coliseum, Spanish Steps, and more!

Day 5 on this breathtaking holiday will see you leaving Tuscany to continue to the Adriatic coast where you check in at a hotel near Venice. In the afternoon your bus takes you to the boat station in Venice from where you can explore the town on your own or join an optional cruise and tour of Venice including a private boat which will take you to some of Venice's most famous sites!

Day 6 and you will travel through to the Northern Lake district where your guide will organize an optional tour with a boat trip on Lake Garda before you continue north across the Alps for the last overnight stay in the stunning Austrian Tyrol area.

Day 7 and all good things must come to an end, so today will see you head north through Germany to Calais for the ferry crossing back to Dover.

The auction and this holiday include all hotel accommodation and return luxury coach as well as the services of an English speaking tour guide. All rooms have private facilities, bath or shower, WC, telephone and some rooms have satellite television. The cuisine includes typical Italian dishes as well as international.

The optional excursions are not included in the auction and should be booked later. Please note that these optional excursions are just that - there is no need to take them should you not wish to do so. Excursions cost around £25 - £30. No further purchase is required for these excursions should you not wish to join one.

Optional pick-up points (a supplement will apply) include Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Coventry, Dover (free), Leeds, London, Manchester, Nottingham, Oxford, Peterborough, Reading, Sheffield and Swansea. You may also join the tour at Dover which is free.

Just after payment have been received you will be sent your holiday certificate  by First Class Recorded Delivery - simply complete and return it to European Vacations to receive your booking reservation package for your holiday.  All bookings must be made six weeks in advance of your intended travel and should be completed by the end of JUNE 2009.  You will be offered a selection of travel dates  to choose from but you may choose other dates if these are not convenient. As stated this holiday is worth £600.

The holiday is with one provider only and is fully transferable. It is not a 'scratch card' and NOT a timeshare holiday and no ticket amendments need to be made!
