A: It is mostly residential but some people do use as holiday homes....The car is just a good old reliable run around.A honda saloon, autoomatic....

A: monaco cosalt...about 3 years old..no age limit on van on this site....saydo park.....2,000 euros for new residents...will negotiate paying these......

 Q: Hello could you tell me please what are the conditions applied to owning a mobile home on a site such as the one you have your mobile on, eg yearly charges etc.
A: The rent is 3,000 pounds a year....utilities from 20 euros a month , depending on usage...Pets are allowed....Site is residential and open all year...Thats it...no hidden extras....
