THIS ITEM IS FROM MY LATE FATHERS WORKSHOP, I AM NOT SURE WHAT IT WAS USED FOR BUT NOW APPEARS NOT TO WORK AS THE HANDLE WILL NOT TURN AND MY DAD HAS REMOVED THE TOOL OR CUTTER WHICH WAS MOUNTED ON THE SPINDLE THAT SHOULD TURN

STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL CLAMP , BENCH LUGS ,HANDLE AND CUTTING GUIDE BUT FOR SPARES OR REPAIR ONLY. MAYBE SOMEONE OUT THERE COULD TELL ME WHAT IT WHAT USED FOR. MADE BY FABREX , STEEL, 8" LONG IN TOTAL 3.5" WIDE .WEIGHS APPROX 2LBS.
