PAYMENT- We accept Paypal (prefered), Cheques/ Postal Orders or Cash on local pickup. Payment to be received within 7 days of order or non-payment procedures will be started.
RETURNS- Due to stock being clearance lines, we can only accept returns on faulty items. Refunds granted once item is returned provided we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of item. We recommend recording returns. Postage fees are non-refundable.
Where possible we provide measurements in listing. All measurements are approximate as individual items may vary slightly. Please ask before purchase if unsure.
POSTAGE- We keep proof of postage for all items which can be provided if items lost in transit. Items are classed as lost after 15 working days and you can claim against royal mail then. It is quicker and easier for you to do the claim yourselves, than for us to process it.
Combined postage available for mulitple purchases.
Orders over £10 will include recorded delivery and for large/ heavy orders will use DHL. Please contact us for quotes if unsure.
For international buyers we recommend signed for service. For mulitple purchases we recommend emailing us first for postage quote as it can get expensive.
FEEDBACK- Due to large number of orders we leave positive feedback automatically once positive feedback is received.

COMMUNICATION- Emails are responded to within 48 hours. We do not respond to aggressive, abusive or threatening emails and will report them to eBay.
