Why do Overseas sellers offer cheaper price?
Because their price excludes the customs DUTY & VAT charges. You will receive a big VAT/DUTY bill from CUSTOMS IMPORT, only two weeks after you received the item. By the time you leave a good feedback, its already too late. Maybe the seller can undervalue your item when they ship them for less tax(this is illegal). But if the item is lost, then you are only insured for that undervalue amount. Don't put yourself in that situation for saving less than 10pounds by buying from overseas.

We are based in London, all stocks are also based in our warehouse in London. So when you buy from us, you DO NOT get charge for surprising import DUTY&VAT(14%+17.5%). If other sellers say "items dispatch from manufacturer", which means from overseas, most likely China.

All products are brand new & boxed (unless stated otherwise), screens are protected by plastic firm against scratches. Products are ready to send out as a gift.

We are the physical stock holder, not drop-shipper reseller or agent on eBay. When you purchase from us, we always dispatch the next day for buyer with confirmed address. But if you buy from agent/reseller, you prepare to wait 2 weeks for your item if you are lucky.

WARRANTY

12 months manufacturer warranty. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs and item should be posted with well packaging to avoid any damages in transit. The courier/Post office should be responsible for any damages/loses during transit, not the seller/receiver. We recommend the buyer to take pictures of returning unit as evidence to demonstrate the condition of unit before dispatch.

Terms & Condition

- We DO NOT offer Refund for our auctions. Please read through the item description and pictures carefully. Once you make the purchase, it means you understand exactly what you are buying. However, in case of refund subject to seller agreement, we charge a 25% restock fee and the postage fee is not refundable.

- Buyers MUST make their payment within 5 days from the end of their auctions. A negative feedback will be left for any unpaid buyers after 5 days without exception. Please make contact immediately with the desired payment option.

- We will do our best to answer your questions BEFORE the auction ends and provide all necessary support after the sales.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or repaired, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.

1-year factory warranty. All items comes new straight from the factory. We do not do refunds but will replace any faulty items should there be one. 

Most sellers will not be able to match our 30 days exchange policy and will require you the buyer to send the item back to the factory for the factory warranty even after a few days upon buying the item. Most of the time the factories are overseas and it is costly to send them the item and speak a different language. We only require our buyers to send the item to us in the UK should there be one and we will sort it out from here. This too is also difficult to match.
