Other than damages in transit, if for any reason you are not happy with your goods, please contact us within 24 hours.  
Goods must be received by Midland Parrots within 7 days of receipt, in the same condition and with original packaging to qualify for a refund. Refunds are not available if requested more than 24 hours after receipt of the goods, or if used or not in original packaging, damaged or broken in assembly/missing parts etc...
Do not return any goods without first contacting us. 
On inspection of the goods, a refund of the item less a 10% admin charge and not including original postage costs will be paid on receipt and inspection of the goods.
The customer will be responsible for all postage costs, including the return or collection of the goods. 
We can arrange to collect the goods from you rather than you arrange to return the goods yourself. This will be at the cost of the buyer, currently £20.00 + VAT, (£23.50) and you must ensure that you are available at the original delivery address so that collection can be made as arranged by us.
For collection to be arranged, payment of the courier charge will be required in full via Paypal or Credit/Debit card prior to the arrangement of collection.
Breakages whilst undertaking the assembly of items are non-refundable. Midland Parrots endeavor to provide a first class product and service.
