AUTHENTICITY

All the F1 items are sourced directly from the F1 Teams.
F1 components are the actual components from the F1 race cars.
F1 components will have been used in both racing and testing and will show signs of use and wear.
F1 Team clothing is the Team kit issued to and worn by the Race and Test Teams and is not merchandise or a copy.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Items will be dispatched within 7 days of the payment having been received and cleared.
All items will be dispatched using a traceable service as recommended by eBay and Paypal.
The Postage and Packaging costs are clearly detailed in the eBay listing and represent the actual costs of the Postage and Packaging.

PAYMENT

Paypal is the preferred payment method as it offers limited protection for the buyer and the seller.
Payment by bank transfer or cheque is also accepted but any additional bank charges involved with such transactions will be at the buyers cost.
Payments must have been received and cleared before items are dispatched.

1. All F1 components are sold upon condition that they are to be used for show, display or decoration only and are subject to a prohibition against future use for racing or automotive purposes.
2. All items will be dispatched within 7 days from the payment having been received and cleared.

4. F1 components that have been used for F1 racing and testing will show signs of use and wear.
5. F1 race team clothing that is described as used will be ex team kit that has been worn during the season. The condition of the used race team clothing will vary from item to item.
6. Actual photographs are used in listing wherever possible, however in some cases stock photographs may be used in some eBay listings. The actual condition/wear on the item you will receive may vary from the item shown in the photograph.
7. Every effort is made to ensure that you receive the item as detailed in the eBay listing, however in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the item then returns are accepted provided they comply with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR).
8. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. A Return Identification Number (RIN) must be requested prior to the return. The RIN will be issued by email with full details of the return address and returns procedure.

12. Some eBay listing photographs show a 250mm can of Red Bull to provide a visual measure of the size of the item for sale and the can of Red Bull is not included in the sale.
13. Carbon fibre components may produce carbon splinters when handled. F1 items must be handled carefully.
