warranty:
1.Normally we provide 1 year warranty for Chinese mobile phones. If the phone was broken in one year due to quality issue, we will repair it for free.
2.If the phone is quality broken during 7 days from purchasing, we will refund it if the appearance is ok,and there is no manual mistake during usage.
3.If the phone is quality broken during 15days from purchasing, we will replace you with a new one with good quality if there is no appearance spots or manual mistake during usage.

Return policy:
1.All failed phones which is going to return need to be send by Registered Airmail or EMS.
2.If you ship by Fedex, TNT, or others, we are not able to receive it correctly due to China custom regulation.
3.All the shipping cost should be paid by senders because our quotation does not include the shipping cost for after sales.
