We are a genuine UK based company offering quality items at great prices. We ONLY sell BRAND NEW products fresh from the factory. As we are continually repleneshing our warehouse inventory, our stock is always fresh with long expiry dates. With all electrical items, the manufacturer's warranty is honoured as we are official stockists. We DO NOT sell seconds or returns like many eBayers. Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, United Kingdom Postal Orders, Bank Transfer in Euros or UK Pounds. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT. NO Hidden Fees! We do not charge extra for credit card, PayPal or Nochex payments.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.  We dispatch orders daily using Royal Mail 1st Class mail. Next Day Special Delivery also available. (Our daily cut off time is 11.00am). All orders are packed in plain packaging to ensure the contents are kept private.

Terms

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

We ONLY sell BRAND NEW products fresh from the factory. As we are continually repleneshing our warehouse inventory, our stock is always fresh with long expiry dates. We DO NOT sell seconds or returns like many eBayers.

When buying from us, you are covered by The Distance Selling Regulations in the UK which means you can cancel an order return the product to us within a 14 days as long as the product in unopened and unused.

If you would like to return an item to us, you must email us first. We accept returns of all unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt.*

The goods must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.
You will be emailed the return address.
On receipt of the goods , you will be refunded the product cost.
You will need to pay the return postage cost and ensure the product is delivered back to us.
If you have ordered from outside the UK, you should return the product back to us within 21 days of receipt.
We will also file a Mutual Agreement Dispute on Ebay to recover our listing fees, which you will simply need to agree to.

In the unlikely event, a product is faulty you should be able to return it to the manufacturer our ourselves for repair or replacement within the warranty period. Please email for details. Where a product does not meet to your satisfaction or has broken down after the warranty period, we will try our very best to help.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. We do not charge an illegal restocking fee like some Ebayers.

If you would like to return an item to us, you must email us first. We accept returns of all unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt.*
