 The item is working fine, but there is no minute hand so sold for spares or repair.
There is a fully working movement cap but no key.

Appoximate measurements; 4.6cm (1.75") in diameter across the face, and 1cm (0.4") deep, not including the centre pin for the hands.

The enamel face has a few nibbles to the edge, otherwise it is un-damaged. It is marked;
"The Express English Lever, J.G. Graves, Sheffield."

The movement is marked;
"J.G. Graves, Sheffield, reversing pinion, 689302."
