Returns
We go to great lengths to ensure our customers are 100% happy. First of all we put a lot of effort in to our images so you can see exactly what you are getting. All items are checked before they are listed to make sure they are in perfect condition, we then pack them in brand new quality boxes with bubble wrap to ensure safe transit. However as with sending anything in the post there is always a chance an item may arrive damaged, if so the item can be returned for replacement where possible and full refund in the event that we are out of stock. Please contact us with details of damage so we can process a claim with our courier (at which point they may want to contact you for confirmation).

DieCast Classics Limited was established in 1996 through our passion for DieCast Model Cars, Formula 1 & Motorsport. Since then we have become Die-Cast "Model Specialists" even supplying the BBC's Top Gear personalised Die-Cast Models for retiring staff and presentations. In 2003 we expanded our range from DieCast alone to include a large selection of Dolls Houses & Miniatures. Our spacious 600m2 Showroom is located approximately 2 miles from Sutton Coldfiled town centre and is easy to find situated on the A452 (Chester Road), there is free parking and access for wheelchairs. We have thousands of products all beautifully displayed out of there packaging in well illuminated glass display cabinets for you to browse and enjoy.
