Refunds & Returns
All purchases are final, however you are able to request a refund or to cancel an order if after 14 days your order has not been delivered. If you want to cancel your order or obtain a refund, the goods must be returned and received by ourselves in the same condition as they arrived with you. You are responsible for all postage costs and any postage costs will be deducted from any refund payments made by ourselves. If the item/s arrive to ourselves in sub-standard or non-saleable condition a refund will not be offered (unless the cause of the non-saleable condition was as a result of mis-handling by the carriers). Generally, refunds may only be issued if items arrive damaged, if the wrong item/s are shipped, or if the pre-ordered item fails to arrive from the supplier/manufacturer. All refunds will be made within 5 days or less. We also offer the facility to return damaged or incorrect merchandise which must be returned and postmarked back to ourselves within 7 working days of the delivery date. Transit damage claims must be notified by email or in writing within 3 days of its arrival to you. If you are making a return, it must be adequately insured and you must obtain proof of mailing. You must always email us before returning any item. We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is any doubt in the validity of any claim. Exchanges are offered at the discretion of ourselves and are subject to scrutiny. Exchanges will only be offered for the same or a similar item. If the original item arrives to you in sub-standard condition due to a packaging flaw, and not transit damage, it may be exchanged.
