Exercise bike with digital functions

Excersize bike 'Delta Osprey'

This was an impulsive (second hand) purchase, it hasn't been used much and so I have no idea what any of the settings do so therefore how well they work, I will do my best to describe what I see and hopefully it will make more sense to you than to me!

The hand hold bits you hold onto move forward and backward and there is a screw up bit on the back of the bike that makes this either harder or easier to move.

In between the handles there is a box with a digital screen on and three buttons that say 'reset','set'and 'mode'.  As you push the 'mode' button the display flips between:

- time

- speed

- dist

- cal

- pulse

- pulse set

There is a hole on the side of this box that looks like it takes a plug of a some sort of monitor etc?

Blow this on there is another little box that says 'load' at the top and 'tension control' at the bottom and there is a little twisty knob that makes a red line go up or down the box with a numbered scale on either side - I assume relating to the 'load' and 'tension control'?

The seat is high density foam and there is a little chunk out of the side but it makes no difference to you when you sit on it.
