Shipping

We currently only ship to locations within the EU.  Items are individually checked and packed before posting and sent via Royal Mail first class post.  Items are normally shipped 1-2 days after payment has been received and we would estimate postage to normally take 2-3 days.  We assume no liability for the late delivery of goods or for goods missing or damaged whilst in transit.  If such and event should happen, though it very rarely does then please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly and amicably as possible.

Returns Policy:

We try very hard to ensure that all our products are free from defects and fit for use and that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event that there is a problem then we will resolve the issue as swiftly and amicably as possible. We are happy to exchange or refund any damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt.  If the product purchased is not suitable then we will be pleased to refund the price of the item, we do not however refund the cost of postage.  In both cases the item must be unused and in its original state. Postage and handling is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return postage of the item.
