Auctions2You cannot be held responsible on any postage delays and the delivery quota is based on statements on the DHL/TNT website.
Should any parcels be returned undelivered due to address being wrong to the payment address or the buyer is not home then the buyer will have to pay the shipping fees again. Auctions2You cannot be held responsible for the mentioned above.
Sadly, we cannot post to PO boxes or BFPO addresses so an alternate address must be arranged before bidding on any items.
UK Deliveries - Items will be sent out by next day secure courier. Insurance is included in the price and a tracking number will be supplied at request. Please bare in mind that on some remote regions, there maybe a surcharge as this is standard requirement with couriers.
Overseas
Items will be sent out using secure courier such as TNT/DHL. Insurance is included in the price and tracking will be supplied on request.
EU Deliveries - On some countries such as Cyprus, Malta and Turkey there are additional postage costs. (Please email us for a delivery quote).
Depending on location, delivery is normally 2-5 days.
North America Deliveries – Please allow 2-7 days for delivery.

- UK – Accepted payment via the post by means of Cheque or Postal Orders. Please make cheques payable to “Auctions2You.“. Please allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear. Address details will be supplied upon request after auctions end.
- OVERSEAS – Due to commission fees and exchange rates then the final price of the auction may vary according to our sources rates so please email to discuss before bidding. Please allow up to 10 days for cheques to clear.
Paypal
By using the check out system, paypal is a automatic option. If experiencing difficulties then you can make a manual payment by using the ‘Send Cash’ link in paypal and send payment to Auctions_2_you@yahoo.co.uk. Please allow 2 days for payment to be processed.

Please do not bid if you are not serious, all buyers with negative feedback, please email us before bidding. After 3 days, a reminder will be sent out to the winning bidder, after 7 days of no response, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed with ebay and negative feedback will be left. Collection of the item is permitted; please contact us after the auctions end to arrange collection. The item will be stored for 7 days. Failure to collect the item will result in the item being resold. We will only exempt this procedure if you communicate with Auctions2You prior to collection date ending to arrange otherwise.

Legal
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all information included on the auction is correct, all items will be true to description. We normally test all items and will list in detail, if we haven’t tested the item therefore we may quote reference from the owner to its condition. We will mention, if any, dysfunction’s on the item so it is your responsibility to read all the description in the auction as no returns will be accepted by Auctions2You should you not be satisfied with the dysfunction you find upon receiving the item. All items and accessories will be displayed as-is in the photographs and description.
If by any small chance, Auctions2You make an error in the listing or description then we will issue a refund upon return of the item. Where possible, if the buyer accepts, a partial refund is an option if the buyer wishes to keep the item. Should a return be arranged then the buyer will receive a returns reference number. No items will be accepted back without a valid returns number. The returns number should be displayed on the outer packaging of the returned item, failure to do so may result in the item being returned to you.
As some items are sold as used, Auctions2You cannot be held responsible for any components that break after the sale and delivery has been concluded.
If you have a return, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. No returns will be accepted after this deadline.
Auctions 2 you give no guarantee with any used electrical goods and recommend that all units are thoroughly checked (and checked by electrician for older/vintage units) for damage or fire hazards before use and also in items with moving parts (power tools Etc...) should be checked for security as we take no liability for any damage or loss caused. This does not affect are seven day returns policy
