 COMPANY POLICY - BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:

POSTAGE
We ask you to allow up to 3 working days (Tuesday to Saturday) for despatch of your purchase.
As well as our eBay business we have a retail outlet in North Wales, open 9.30am – 5.00 pm Tuesday to Saturday and mail order business so at busy times our despatch times may be as long as 5 working days.

Remember to also allow appropriate time for postage once we have despatched your purchase.

All items dispatched by Denbigh army Surplus are Tracked, Insured and Proof of Postage obtained.

Postage costing more than £7.50 will be dispatched using Parcel force 48 hour Delivery (Excluding Weekends) and includes a tracking and insurance service.

Once despatched we accept no liability for goods in transit but in the event of loss or damage we will provide the buyer with the Postage Certificate and assist the buyer in any claim made against Royal Mail. The buyer is responsible for submitting any insurance claim.

If the buyer requires a postage service that provides a tracking service or insurance in excess of £32 this will be at an additional cost and the buyer should request this service immediately they make their purchase. Request your required service and we will forward an invoice for the appropriate amount. Generally a tracked service will be invoiced at .85p for UK purchases and £3.50 for Air Mail.

RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy is detailed in the “Return Policy” section of the item listing.

All Government and/or other Surplus Items sold by Denbigh Army Surplus, regardless of Condition (New/Used) are sold without Warranty.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to establish the suitability of any item bought from Denbigh Army Surplus.

PAYMENT
We prefer payment by PayPal but you can also send a Sterling Cheque, allow 5 working days for cheques to clear (excluding weekends and bank holidays) Bankers Draft or Postal Order (payments made payable to “Denbigh Army Surplus” in GBP). We are also able to process all major Credit and Debit cards by phoning 01745814978.

If sending payment by post you should do so with recorded delivery. PLEASE NOTE: If making payment by PayPal your address status must be “Confirmed”. We do not ship to Un-confirmed addresses as there is no PayPal protection for the seller! CONTACTING US

FEEDBACK
We leave feedback once you have left feedback for us – it may take us up to 5 working days to leave feedback, you do not need to send us a reminder.

If you are not happy with your purchase then let us know straight away because if we have got it wrong we will put it right. Please do not leave negative feedback until we have had time to put things right!

MILITARY SURPLUS GRADING
Military Surplus clothing and accessories sold by Denbigh Army Surplus are in used condition unless otherwise stated. The condition of items will be detailed in the individual item listing. However we only send out the best of our Stock so that you are not disappointed with your order.
“Grade 1” refers to items displaying some signs of wear but these are minimal, there should be no discernable damage or repairs to the item.
“Grade 2” refers to items displaying extensive signs of wear or fading, there may be some damage but this will be detailed in the listing.

CONTRACT
When making a purchase on eBay you are entering a legal binding contract when placing a bid, so if you have any doubts, do not bid until you are 100% sure that you can complete the transaction. If you win one of our auctions and decide not to complete payment, we will take every legal step necessary to reclaim loss of earnings and eBay commission fees.

EARLY ENDING OF LISTINGS
Some of the "Buy it Now" items listed within our eBay shop are also offered for sale at our website. Consequently some items may be removed from eBay before schedule if we have sold them through our other outlets. However, please note that we will not knowingly sell to eBay users outside of eBay SO DON'T ASK! We do not end eBay "Auction" listings early to make sales outside eBay and we will not enter into discussion with eBay members in this respect, again DON'T ASK.
