CookaBoro’ was set up in 2007 by award winning chef and restaurateur Phil Brown who has 27 years experience in the catering and hospitality industry. Having worked in a wide range of quality establishments both in the UK and abroad, Phil uses his experience and knowledge to bring you a quality service for your event or party. Phil has worked both as a chef and food and beverage manager so he is just as comfortable in the kitchen as he is dressed in his dinner suit looking after guests front of house.

CookaBoro’ can cater for small or large numbers  – dinner parties, hog roast, BBQ, buffets, lunches and dinners, buffets, canapé reception, bars or have you got your own ideas? Infact, CookaBoro’ can organise not just your catering needs but most of the other aspects of your function, be it at work, in the home or any other venue within reason!

Phil will personally come out to see you to discuss your requirements, with professional helpful advice given in order for you to enjoy your party or event.
