EUROMEX Type LK Student Microscope

This microscope is a copy of microscopes of the 1940’s that are very popular with students. To show the origins of this style of microscope we have included an image of a microscope from the 1940’s in black and brass (Not included in the sale). The LK microscope is equipped with modern high quality coated optics and gives a very wide range of magnifications. Please note that this is a full-scale operational microscope, it is not a toy!

Monocular Viewing: Tube length 160 mm.
Focus control: Coarse and fine adjustment controls which can be controlled from both sides.
Safety device: Adjustable blocking to prevent damage to objective and specimen.
Objective Changer: Ball-bearing revolver for 3 objectives.
Stage: Round, rotatable and centrable the specimen can be easily moved in all directions, 120 mm diameter.

Substage: Iris diaphragm with filter holder and blue filter has been mounted under the stage.
Illumination: Revolvable Plano-concave mirror in holder. Optional attachable illuminator is available.
Eyepieces: Huygens eyepieces 6x/18.5, 10x/12.5 and 15x/8
Objectives: Achromatic 4x N.A. 0.10, 10x N.A. 0.25 and S40x N.A. 0.65 spring-mounted.
System Magnifications: 24x, 40x, 60x, 100x, 150x, 240x, 400x and 600x.
Packing Complete with dustcover in Styrofoam case.
