Orders are generally despatched within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment Monday-Friday.
No items will be despatched on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Holidays.
Postage times may vary dependant upon the destination in the world your item is being shipped to. Delays in the postage times by the parcel companies used is out of our control.
PLEASE NOTE IF ITEM TO BE SHIPPED TO ITALY
Due to far too many items being lost when shipped to Italy, we will ONLY SHIP there by Royal Mail International Signed For Service, which must be selected as
the postal option when ordering and paying. Our full address details are on the front and back of parcels sent, but they never ever get returned to us when
they do not get delivered, which costs us time and money sending replacements and claiming back for lost items. When we do claim for lost items, we do not
actually get the postage costs we incurred refunded to us, so we end up making a loss, which we are no longer prepared to do. So please ensure if you require these
shipped to Italy, that you select Royal Mail International Signed For service and pay the appropriate fee, otherwise your order will not be sent.

Paypal - This is our most popular method of payment, allows for a quick and easy transaction with items being despatched within half the time. Please ensure you have a “confirmed”
Paypal address, otherwise this may delay your item being shipped, as we may need to contact you to confirm your exact delivery address. Alternatively, when paying through
Paypal put a note on the payment stating the address you would like the order shipped to.
Cheques – We will accept payment by cheque made payable to “SAY Radio Solutions Ltd”, however, please note your order will not be shipped until payment has cleared into our bank account.
Credit/Debit Card - Paypal also offer a credit card service without the need to sign up. If you need help with this please feel free to ask us.
Overseas buyer payment options
Paypal - This is the only method excepted for overseas buyer. You do not need to have a paypal account please view next option. Please ensure you have a

Other payment information
Please ensure you keep your eBay and Paypal addresses up-to-date. If you have a different address on eBay to that on your Paypal payment, this may delay your item
being shipped, as we will need to contact you to confirm exact delivery address. Alternatively, when paying through Paypal put a note on the payment stating the address you
would like the order shipped to.
Unconfirmed Paypal addresses may also delay your item being shipped, as again like above we may need to contact you in connection with this.
We are not responsible for lost payments. Payments must be received within 7 Days of the sale date. If payment is not made within 7 days of the sale date, and no communication has been
sent to us as to why payment has not been made, a dispute will be opened with eBay for non-payment.
We do not charge our buyers extra for Paypal charges.
Any payment received with the incorrect amount will be returned to the sender

will offer a full seven-day money back guarantee on your purchase. All we ask is that you return the item within 7 days of receipt in the condition you
received it, insure for the full eBay purchase price and bear all return postage costs.
We’re sorry but items like earplugs cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they’re faulty.
