NOTE:  Both covers are complete / intact.  It is only the scan that has cut them off at the left.  

This item consists of 2 covers from Ethiopia to England postmarked Gebre Gurracha Post Office. 

Postmarks 60mm x 25mm in violet, irregularly struck, but legible.  Dates applied separately within postmarks, one inverted.

Both covers blank on reverse. 

Both covers clean and neatly opened. 

COVER 1

Dated 8 JAN 2007.  Postage Birr 2.45, made up of 

1 x 5c and 1 x 2B 2002 small-format Menelik's Bushbuck (Mi 1751 / Mi 1771) and

1 x 40c 2005 Black Rhinoceros (Mi 1825)

Stamps in good condition, all three well tied to envelope.

COVER 2

Dated 11 JAN 2007, with date hand-stamped upside down within postmark frame.

Postage Birr 2.45 made up of

1 x 5c 2002 small-format Menelik's Bushbuck (Mi 1751) and

3 x 80c 1995 50th Anniversary of the FAO (Mi 1530)

56mm x 36mm oval Ethiopian Millennium 2000 handstamp also applied in violet.

On this cover, the stamps have been stuck on very close to the top of the envelope and the perforations protrude at the top (slightly) and at the right (somewhat more) over the edges.  The FAO stamps have some creases and crinkles.

The postmark only covers the FAO stamps, not the 5c small bushbuck.

I will use the Royal Mail 1st-class standard service for domestic post and Royal Mail Airmail for overseas letters at the rates shown below unless the buyer requests otherwise, e.g. recorded delivery or registration.  In such cases the buyer is asked to contact me and I will advise what the new cost of postage will be.

RETURNS

I will accept return of the item only if it is not as described, if returned within 14 days.  I will refund the purchase price in such cases.  It would be appreciated if a buyer who wishes to return an item could contact me beforehand to let me know the reason, for my information.
