Postage charges:

 My postage charges are calculated to take into account handling, administration, all materials, stationery costs, fuel costs to Post office (usually twice daily) and time queuing at the Post Office. All this takes time and I aim to provide what I hope is a first class service usually posting within hours of receipt of payment.

 I always obtain a certificate of postage.

Returns Policy:

 I ALWAYS CHECK ITEMS BEFORE DISPATCH

Due to health and safety reasons I do not accept returns unless I have made a mistake on the listing. If this is the case I will refund  the cost of the item, original postage costs and return postage costs upon receipt of the goods.

For any other returns the buyer must pay all return costs using a trackable method (either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery).
