Our office is based in a wonderful renovated motel building. We do not give you lots of details on lots of properties, we prefer to find exactly what you are looking for by talking to you and then locate your idea holiday home or investment. However, we do have a few properties immediately available, see photo's below. We will show you various areas and villages and give you good honest advice on the pro's and con's of each village. You can also view new properties built by our local builder, thereby enabling you to assess the build quality before you make any decisions on your choice of builder for any renovation work.
Most village houses in Bulgaria will require renovation to bring them to UK standards. Most do not have inside bathrooms as standard and generally all rooms are used as sleeping quarters, including the kitchen. This can appear quite odd but is quite normal througout Bulgaria. There are no mains gas facilities in Bulgaria, winter heating is either with log burning stoves or airconditioning units, these are very easily obtainable and you will be pleasantly suprised with the cost of these items. Double glazing is also readily available in UPVC or Timber, again at a much cheaper rate than in the UK. We have contacts with local businesses and can save you money on all your requirements whether it be new windows, furniture or a quality fitted kitchen/bathroom.

Should you be interested in purchasing land and building your own dream home, we can help with locating your parcel and negotiating a fair purchase price, we can also help you find local architects and offer you a building quotation based on your chosen project.
