Here we have listed a pair of Brand new reconditioned Ford Capri 3.0 Front Struts these are suitable for the 3.0 type hubs which have the deeper brake discs bolted just behind the front of the hub rather than the Escort type that bolt to the rear they have longer stub axles than the Escort/2.0 Capri type so the hubs are not interchangeable but apart from that they will fit the same the ultimate pair of front struts these have been converted to as close to group 4 spec you can get the bodies of the struts have been strengthened by "wedging" the lower section where the damper tube meets the hub section for extra rigidity and have also had adjustable spring platforms welded to them at such a height to allow the greatest choice of spring lengths for both tarmac and forest applications which allow the use of 2 1/4" springs which will then enable you to adjust the height of your escort in situ They have also been fitted with brand new heavy duty 3.0 Capri spec KYB Gas inserts and this is a fantastic set up and are ready to accept whatever Springs strut tops hubs steering arms and Brakes you decide to fit
