This is an RS2000 Alloy Sump. I brought this some years ago so that I could fit a pinto engine into my Mk1 Escort but then decided to stick with a crossflow instead so never ended up using it so its now up for grabs. As many people in the escort world will already know if you want to fit the 2.0 pinto engine into an early escort such as a Mk1 or Mk2 then this is the sump you will require as nothing else will do the job of clearing the crossmember. It comes with the correct oil pick up pipe so it should be a straightforward swap to allow an easy transplant. The overall condition is quite good but there are some scars and grooves in the bottom of it but not bad enough to make it require any repairs. Also there is a bit of wear in the thread where the sump plug screws in but it tightens up ok so again should cause no problems im only explaining this just to be as honest as possible so there are no disapointment later on.
