Our American Barn is just so ideal for stables. This is one we done for Supreme Carriages Nr Diss in Suffolk. The internals were put in by our customer after we had built the Steel Building. Of all the buildings that we supply these are my very faveriout to build. They look so good when they are finished.

Because of the nature of these structures, we have designed this building to meet most standard installation situations. However if you are close to the coast, at high altitude &/or wind location we may have to look at getting specific engineering in order to ensure that your building is going to be fully engineered & suitable for the use & purpose that you intend. •	This kit is not site specific if you need site specific engineering you will need to contact us to discuss this prior to purchasing
•	Delivery is included in our price to (U.K. Mainland and Ports only) and is to the front of property only, unless there is full sufficient access provided for delivery vehicle to turn around.
•	Off-loading facilities will be required by the customer unless otherwise stated.
•	Any shortage/damage to building kit needs to be reported to OZ-UK within 48hrs of delivery
•	Structure will remain the property of supplier until fully paid for.
•	Insurance for loss or damage of materials once delivered is the responsibility or the purchaser
•	Surplus materials and waste material disposal is down to the purchaser.
