We supply many of the largest retail Chains in Ireland and the UK since 1999 with a wide range of digital lifestyle products.

Our ebay Business unit was set up in January 2008 to allow us to offer our Products directly to you, the consumer, at our trade prices.

We currently only offer a select number of our Products on ebay but we will be expanding our Product range for ebayers in 2008.

We pride ourselves on consistently offering ebayers the best value for Money for the products we offer.

However, from time to time during the year we can experience excess stock of certain products which we will be offering to ebayers at prices which are well below cost.

Quality.

We sell all of the products we offer on ebay to some of the largest Retailers in Ireland and the UK.

We do not stock products that do not meet our stringent Quality standards and those of our Retail customers.

For that reason, we are happy to offer an extensive returns policy on all the products we offer on ebay.

Our Returns policy is detailed below.

Returns Policy.

We offer the following Returns Policy to the ebay community.

Unhappy with your item.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase if you are unhappy with your product in any way.

In all cases, we will offer to exchange your item or you are free to return the Product and we will credit your paypal account

including the P&P costs to return the product to us.

Defective or Faulty Item.

Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or faulty item.

We take this matter very seriously and it is important to us that we address the issue to your satisfaction through refund or replacement in a speedy manner.

We would require you to return the item to us but we will refund your Paypal account for any P&P costs.

Shipping.

WE DO NOT MAKE MONEY ON SHIPPING CHARGES!

Our aim is to be honest with ebayers and to make it clear what the actual cost of an item is and what is the actual cost of the postage.

We do not offer items at a low price only to charge over priced postage costs for shipping.

Our Postage costs are outlined in all our listings and cover our costs for processing the order, packaging the order and postage.

Products are shipped at 3pm each day (Monday to Friday)

All Products purchased and paid for before 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped that day.

All Products purchased and paid for between 3pm Friday and Monday will ship at 3pm on Monday.

If you purchase an item and we do not receive the payment advice within 2 days, We will send you a mail to notify

you that the item has not been shipped.

Shipping times.

Ireland 1 - 2 days.

UK 2 -3 days.

Europe 3 - 4 days.

Greece 5 - 7 days.

If you do not receive your purchase within the time periods outlined above, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and rectify the delay.
