1. Every cartridge passes a Triple QC Check after production is completed and before the product is packaged and shipped.

2. Through continuous research and development we make constant improvements to our products. We develop and implement patented technologies that help us drive our failure rate down. The factory uses ultra sonic welding and laser splitting techniques to refill cartridges ensuring a better quality product.

3. We use a 100% new imaging drums, wiper blades, doctor blades, and all moving components. All inbound components, toner included, are tested to make sure our vendor's failure rates are not being passed on to the consumer.
