Returns Policy

If you have any problems please contact me so we can sort them out.  On weekdays I will answer you within 24 hours and at weekend it will be on the following Monday. 

Items must be returned within 14 day of receipt and you must email prior to posting

I take great care with my descriptions and am always honest.  If you feel that an item is not what you expected then you can return it at your expense; you pay the P&P and I will refund less the cost of the original P&P I paid.

If an item is faulty I will refund in full once the item has been returned.  I am not responsible for damage caused during transit as I always offer postal insurance so it is the responsibility of the purchaser if they do not take it out.  

All items I sell within UK will be sent with insurance.  

International item below £36 will require buyer to pay extra if they want insurance which is £4.00 we except no responsibility for lost items as proof of posting will be supplied.  Higher priced items will include insurance in P&P charges
