These are brand new and with long expiry dates, they come in an assortment of flavours including choc, vanilla, raspberry, forest fruits and these taste thick and gorgeous, just like a proper milkshake!! They are a complete meal replacement and are used for weight loss and weight gain, if used for body building and weight gain (illness etc), add two to your daily food which increases calorie intake by 660kcals! If used for weight loss, have two a day plus one small meal and loads of water, you'll lose an average of 3lb a week. There are plenty of reviews online for these, all are very positive! These are sent courier and are heavy hence a hefty postage cost. They take 4 days to arrive and are insured although claims can take up to six weeks to process.
