Payment

We accept payment by: 
Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer, or Cheques.
When paying by Cheque or Postal order, we strongly advice to send it via recorded delivery (costs only 60p extra) as we experience a lot of problems with standard post in our area.
All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe delivery to you. We charge a modest postage fee to cover our shipping & handling costs.
We only use Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery that requires a signature upon delivery. 
Once your order has been processed and payment is cleared, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
We will of course email you should we expect a delay.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are described as closely possible in the above listing. Images are not to scale and represent again represent a close likeness of the item you will receive.
We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.

Returns/Exchange

Exchange:
Should you wish to exchange the item to another size please return the item unused in its new condition together with the relevant invoice/receipt together with a minimal fee of just £10 and we will exchange it to the required size, subject to availability. This charge includes post & packaging via Special Delivery.
You have to contact us at mail@elmajewellery.co.uk  before you return the item to us. 
We are sorry but engraved or customized items cannot be exchanged. 
Returns:
We offer a seven day return policy should you are not be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Just return the item within 7 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund less the postage and paypal cost, items for which postage and packing where not charged we will deduct £6 when sent via special delivery and £2 for when sent via recorded delivery in respect of postage and packing from the price refunded to you. All we ask is that you ensure that items are in pristine condition, unworn, with all original boxing and relevant invoice/receipt and documentation. Should you have received any free gifts you must return those as well. 
You have to contact us at mail@elmajewellery.co.uk  before you return the item to us.Kindly allow up to 7 days to process your refund. 
This dose not apply to engraved items or customized special orders. 
Faults:
Genuinely faulty goods will always be replaced or money refunded, providing we were advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
