• Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of cleared payment but more often than not within 24 hours. Please note cheques (UK) take 5 working days to clear and therefore there will be a delay before despatch
• You will be notified as soon as your order is packed and ready for despatch and in the case of Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or International Signed For we will let you know the tracking/receipt number once your order has been despatched

• If in the unlikely event the product you purchased from us is found to be faulty we will offer you a replacement or offer a full refund provided the item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt for the UK and 21 days of receipt outside the UK. The item must be returned to us in its original retail packaging.
• BEFORE returning the faulty product you must contact us by email to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and return instructions.
• It is YOUR responsibility to make sure we receive the faulty item. On that premise it would be strongly advisable to return the item by recorded delivery. This not only speeds up the delivery but also covers you should the item be lost in the post.
