This is a 1984 Edition published by Treasure Press - of the book that was first published in Great Britain by Sundial Books Limited in 1979.

ISBN: 0-907407-93-5

This book is in good "used" condition, as you will see in the photos. The only imperfections I can see is that the top rear of the spine has sustained a good bump sometime during its life with has slightly damaged the corner of the book.

To be honest it is not that noticeable as it is to the rear of the book and it does not affect the book in any way.The pages are still tight in the spine of the book, and there is no fading to any of the photos.

It does not look to have been used in the kitchen, as there are no marks or the odd splash from the jams on the pages. I am quite surprised to be honest as these are a very good book for all aspects of preserving!

This book contains many recipes with lots of fantastic colour photos, one every page. Total pages in the book is 96 pages.

It measures approximately 11 inches tall by 8.5 inches wide by 0.5 inch and is a hardback book.

The book is a comprehensive guide to every aspect of preserving. It has sections on Jams, Fruit Jellies, Marmalades, Conserves, Curds, Cheeses, Butters & Mincemeat, Bottling, Drinks, Pickles, Chutneys and Sauces.

It includes such delicacies as Spiced Rhubarb & Orange Chutney, Apricot Jelly, Pineapple Jam and Cumberland Sauce to name but a few.

All-in-all a fantastic book for anyone into their preserving
