Just about as subtle as a brick in the head... =)
For over forty years, Encona Hot Pepper Sauce has been prepared in the Carribean using only freshly picked Scotch Bonnet and Habanaero peppers, combined with locally blended island spices. This, the original Carribean hot pepper sauce, is equally delicious as a condiment with chicken, meat, fish and vegetables, or used to add a touch of tropical spice to every meal. Ingredients: Scotch Bonnet & Habanero peppers, spirit vinegar, onion, salt, corn starch, spices.
Spice wusses beware! This stuff is not for people like me - but if you like a sauce that kicks you in the teeth and bites your tongue this is IT! lol

Based in Ilford, Redbridge, Atkins Academy is a specialist mentoring and education provider working specifically, but not exclusively, with young black people aged 14 – 19 and their families. Our main client group are young people of black or mixed black origin in the Redbridge borough who:
- Are 14 – 19 years old.
- Are unwilling or unable to engage in mainstream school.
- Are not in education or employment.
- Are school phobic.
- Have been excluded or are on the brink of exclusion from mainstream provision.
- Function better as part of a smaller group.
- Need extra attention due to low self-esteem.
- Are victims of crime.
- Have special educational needs and require 1-to-1 support.
- Are homeless or are on the brink of homelessness.
Atkins Academy aspires to become an Ofsted regulated Independent School and a City & Guilds Approved Centre. We aim to become a centre of excellence, providing young people and their parents/carers with a holistic programme designed to raise aspirations, maximise potentials and create opportunities for success. We believe that learning is a life-long endeavour and we see every activity as a learning opportunity. We strive to develop confident, able, tolerant and responsible young people who can make a positive contribution to their community.
Our eBay business gives our young people work experience and a chance to improve their literacy and numeracy skills, as well as their ability to communicate and work with others. We mainly sell two types of products. In our eBay shop we have Caribbean food and other products related to the Caribbean cultures. All food products are sourced after purchase (we don't keep stock) to ensure that our customers always get the best possible quality. In our auctions we sell new and second hand products that have either been donated to us or that are sold on a consignment basis.

Please check that your postal address details are updated on eBay and send us your payment within five days of receipt. We prefer payments through Paypal, but will also accept Personal Cheques & Postal Orders.
For UK buyers, items will normally be sent 2nd Class and we always obtain a Certificate of Posting. Overseas buyers are also welcome! Please contact us for information about prices and shipping methods.

We do combine shipping, so please ask if you intend to buy more than one item. Normally, we will charge handling fee only for the first item and then charge postage for the whole consignment depending on the total weight.
Your goods will normally be despatched within 24hrs of cleared payment, but during times of work overload it may take up to three working days. We always send you a notification when your item has despatched.
The P&P charge quoted in the listed is for UK mainland delivery and includes postage and handling fees. For all other destinations - please contact us and we will help you find the cheapest solution for you.
All our food items are brand new in sealed boxes. We don't hold stock, so all items are purchased from our suppliers when you order them. This means we always can guarantee that we send you fresh food. Please check your country's rules regarding import of food products. We cannot be held responsible for goods held at customs.
Unless specifically stated as NEW, BNWT or BNWOT, all other (non food) items are second hand. We try to describe the items in as much detail as possible and if there are any significant faults we will mention them in the listing. However, normal signs of wear and tear are to be expected on a second hand item and are not considered faults - it only adds to the vintage feel and look.
We try to give accurate information in our listings and ask that you email us any specific questions you may have before bidding. If any information we have provided is inaccurate, or if the item is faulty, we will refund in full, excluding the P&P, once the item has been returned to us in good condition. NB! Items must be returned within five days of Receipt!
