Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any products that you’ve purchased I’d be happy to give you a full refund for the goods providing full proof of purchase including invoices and transaction confirmation is included .

Criteria for Refunds:
 
-Refunds will only be given for items that have a manufacturing fault or if there is an error on the listing. 
 
-I must be contacted by email within 24 hours of item being receieved if there is a fault.
 
-Items must be of merchantable quality (re-saleable) & repackaged for transit as was originally sent.
 
-Tarot Decks & Sets must have all cellophane wrapping intact and unopened for resale 
 
- Clothing must have no deodarant, odours, stains or other imperfections caused by trying items on 
 
-Damage during transit will entail a claim being made to Royal Mail or DHL. Refunds will only be issued when receievd from these companies (which can take upto 6-8 weeks).
 
-Postage fees(including return of goods postage)Gift wrapping & all ebay fees for listing and relisiting the item will be excluded from refund total.This is the same policy used by PayPal for return of goods
 
-Refunds for "change of mind" purchases can be made but will have 10% of the total sale price deducted for adminstration.
