Returns Policy New items.
Faulty or Damaged goods.
If an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please notify us and return it to us within seven days.
We will either replace on a like for like basis or we will refund your payment in full (This includes the original postage charge you paid).
If an item is NOT faulty or damaged.
YOU the customer are responsible for the postage costs for returning an item to us.
ALL Returns.
You MUST contact by email first to receive the return address.
This DOES NOT Mean you have the right to use us as a "Try before you buy" service.
If you are returning goods that are not faulty or damaged, you MUST contact us within seven days, and they MUST be as new and unused (ie in the condition you received them) With the packaging that they were sent in.
Items lost in Post.
Items that are lost in transit by the royal mail can be claimed for from them direct using the P58 Royal mail lost parcel form which is available from any post office, we will help and guide you claim for the loss but this is YOUR responsibility to claim for the loss and for the royal mail to reimburse you for the loss of your parcel.
We hope and want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases and our service, we will always work with you to resolve any problems or issues, but by the same token we are vary aware that a silly minority of people attempt to abuse the rights they have.
If a problem is a genuine one, we will go out of our way to help you resolve it.
