Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please e-mail us for a returns ID Number. 

Defective goods will be replaced with equivalent products should the original product be out of stock. 

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any PentagonDirect products we are happy to provide an exchange or refund. All unsatisfactory items must be returned within 14 days. 

If items were damaged during delivery please notify us immediately. We do not accept items that are damaged due to improper handling. If any Product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product is faulty, you should return the Product to us. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us via e-mail.

When returning an item(s) please provide the returns ID Number. Please send returns by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in post. Delivery charges are at your cost and will not be refunded, however your replacement will be sent back with no charge to yourself.

Pentagon Direct reserves the right to retain the cost of delivery where goods are returned for no cause.
