What is included within the postage price? We offer you postage and packaging which is delivered by 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For Delivery (unless otherwise stated). This ensures that you do not have to worry about additional charges and means that you can rest assured that we are committed to getting your item to you. As a result you will see that the initial item postage cost is greater than many on eBay but additional items are cheaper, so get yourself a bargain, buy more and save more!!
(Please note that this service is automatic for Buyers within the United Kingdom, all International Buyers will get Royal Mail Airmail Delivery, if you would like recorded delivery this is an additional charge, which is not included in the price shown (this is due to the cost of the service additional £3.50, if you do require the option then please let us know and we will include this for you and send you updated invoice to reflect this).
When you purchase the multiple items from the same listing you should find that the combined postage automatically calculates for you. Purchasing from different listing, may result in the postage being calculated incorrectly, so make sure that you send that request for combined shipping.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 Days of receipt of the item. If you are planning to return the item please read the following:
We trust that you will enjoy your product and return to purchase more items. Where there has been no face to face contact between buyer and seller, customer service is crucially important in order to deal with concerns that may arise. We offer you a period of seven days from receipt of your items in which to make the decision of keeping the goods or returning them to us. All we ask is that the goods are returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging intact. We regret that we will not be able to accept any returns on media goods such as DVD's or CD's or any items which are downloaded or supplied as documentation emailed to you.This policy does not apply to business customers.
Refunds under this policy will be made within 30 days of the item being returned to us (this being from the time that we receive it).You should also note that postage costs paid and those incurred will not be reimbursed if the item is returned as these are services employed by you and us from external organizations of which we have no control. We would also suggest that any items returned are adequately insured and where possible tracked to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience for items lost or damaged in transit. Items that are lost or damaged will not be afforded the option of a refund unless insurance and tracking was taken for its return.
We will notify you by email if the item is received either damaged or used. If you wish to return the item under this policy then please email us first so that we are aware that you are doing so. You are responsible for the returned item until it reaches us.

We require that all items are checked upon delivery for any damage. Whilst the item may appear undamaged from the packaging it is still possible damage could have been caused. You will be required to check the item prior to signing any declaration for receipt of the item and we request that where the item is found to be damaged, you endorse the delivery note as ITEM DAMAGED. If you fail to do this we regret that we will not be able to replace your item. Notification of the item being received damaged must be made immediately in writing (email is accepted) to us in addition to endorsing the delivery note.
International buyers should note that customs charges may be levied on your purchase. Any charges incurred as a direct result of this are not the control of the seller and are determined by your countries customs officers. It is you responsibility prior to purchasing any item to establish if you are likely to incur such charges. We regret that we will not accept any returns as a result of these charges.
