I'm happy to accept returns on this product:- these simple rules apply:- Let me know within 7 days fo receipt.Return it to me using an on-line, trackable service within 14 working days of receipt.  It must be in the same condition as it was sent out to you - un-opened and un-used. In the case of cosmetics, eyelashes, jewellery etc it must be sealed where applicable and unworn. I'll pay the return postage where goods are faulty -for all other circumstances, the buyer will pay for the return postage. As soon as they goods are safely back with me, I'll issue a refund.
