A Song from the heart 2009 is the year Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice celebrates its 30th Birthday and since opening in 1979, the Hospice has been providing vital life changing, specialist care to around 1000 patients each year from in and around the Birmingham area. Cancer patient Elias Pharoah, who runs Pharoah Records and attends Birmingham St Mary’s Day Hospice, has written two songs entitled ‘Thank You’ and ‘The Night Before’ to help raise funds for the work of St Mary’s Hospice. Elias has dedicated the song 'Thank You' to his wife Doreen, for all her support and loving care through his illness and treatment. He also wants to thank St Mary's Hospice for all their tremendous care and support. The CD was written and produced by Elias Pharoah, co-produced by Tom Brookhouse.
